Prices are per week and may change. Please contact us for detailed pricing information. Special discounts for small parties (2/3 people) may apply for selected periods. A 25% deposit is required to secure the reservation and the remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival. The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified (EUR).

Services
All our guests are offered a welcome pack upon arrival. Internet and pool towels are provided. Each reservation includes a glorious ride to Fiskardo once a week with a vintage 1949 Mercedes Benz sedan. Pool is maintained and checked daily. Gardens are watered and tended in the evening (about 8pm). Daily light cleaning and linen and towel changes are made twice a week.
Concierge
Concierge service is provided by Athina. She is local to the area and has all the knowledge you need for what to do, where to go, where to eat and beaches to visit, etc. For your arrival, she will be there to greet you, explain what you need to know about the villa, and hand over your keys. She will be available during your stay at any time required.


How to get here…
After exiting the airport, follow the road for 0.6 km until the t-junction. Turn left, towards the town of Argostoli. This road will take you through the village of Minies. After passing the White Rocks Hotel (4.7 km) you will drive through the resort of Lassi, which is lined with tavernas and mini-markets.
> > At the top of the hill after going around the bend, take the right turn with a sign for Skala and Poros. There is an Avin petrol station just around the corner (7.2 km) . Be careful here as there is a road emerging from the right just before this turning. Follow this new road to the end (approx. 8.9 km) where there a t-junction with another Avin petrol station on the left. Turn left and continue to the next junction where the road forks round a traffic island. Take the right fork with a sign for Skala and Poros (9 km).
> > Follow this road passing the sports stadium on your left. You will see a sign indicating that you are leaving Argostoli (It will have a red line through the name) and 300 meters after this, you’ll come to a round about, take the second exit. Please do take care on the round abouts as these are new to Cephalonia – and drivers MUST stop in mid flow to give way to cars entering the round about!
> > You are now traveling around Koutavos Lagoon. Follow this road passing a small cement works on the left. After approx. 12.4 km there are two right hand turns on the brow of a hill – please take care here. Continue ahead until you come to a t-junction where there is a stop sign. Turn right sign posted Agia Efimia, Lixouri & Fiscardo. You will shortly pass the British and Greek cemeteries on your right, immediately after these the road forks. Head left following the sign Lixouri, Assos , Fiscardo.
> > You are now on the main coastal road, which continues through the villages of Farsa and Agonas.
> > Petrol Stations: You will find a petrol station (30.4 km) located in between these two villages on the left hand side of the road. Prices for fuel are usually clearly indicated as they would be in U.K., and you will have to pay in cash, as credit cards are not accepted. After approximately 27.3 km you will pass a road sign showing a turning to Lixouri to the left. Do not take this turn, instead continue straight on.
> > 39.2 km from the airport, you will come to a village called Divarata ( the turn off for Myrtos beach is in this village). Here the road divides and you should take the road to the left to signposted towards Fiscardo and Myrtos (2nd sign). Continue on this road passing the EKO petrol station, passing the petrol station at 500 meters you will see on your left side is the road that will lead you to the villa, you continue straight you will find on your left a church, continue straight at about 1 km you will see on your right a second church straight ahead at 200 meters is the villa.
