This architecturally striking house was built as the residence of the Dracopoulos family in 1923. The house is set in the hamlet of Touliata. As elegant, spacious and comfortable as the interior is, it is the gardens, terraces and grounds that are the highlight.

Well maintained gardens surround the house with several areas to relax in the shade of a citrus tree with a book. The grounds at the rear of the property come complete with ruins which Stavros has imaginatively utilised to create shaded terraces which in turn lead up to the swimming pool.

All of this is beautifully lit to create the most idyllic and romantic of settings. The glorious views across the green hill-side to the ionian sea on the front side complete the highlights of this unusual, imaginative and truly stunning property.
