A door at the rear of this floor opens onto the garden yard, relaxing on the terrace of the cistern with beautiful views. Steps lead up from the hall to a second living room with balcony sea views, which is flanked by a double bedroom and two single bedrooms along with two separate shower rooms. There is also a third room for playing board games. Utility room: It features ironing, cushions for deck chairs, board games and plenty of space to store suitcases and luggage.
